FGH Items Remover for MYOB®

Need to delete Items from your MYOB® company file? (.myo, .dat, .prm)

  • Want to delete but MYOB® won't let you?
  • Want to delete Items in bulk rather than one by one?

We at FGH Tables have developed an Items Remover for MYOB® company files.

Note: A minimum screen resolution of 1280 * 1024 is required.
The recommended screen resolution is 1920 * 1080 with a DPI setting of 96 (100%).

Click and then Save File (do not Open file).



Suggestion 1:
Since your .myo file will need to be optimised twice (and with some files this can take a long time), we suggest you first has a practice run on a Clearwater Sample file, deleting a few Items. This is a small file and optimises quickly - and will give you an idea of the process and preparation required (including creating Replacement Item). Once the Items Remover process begins and you delete an Item, you cannot open this .myo file in MYOB® until it is optimised.

If your Clearwater file has expired, you can download a more recent copy from here.

Suggestion 2:
Do not work on your 'current' file, see 'Before you start ...' in On-line Help for advice about using a working file and other preparation suggestions.
