File Size Limit
Jet Convert (as well as some other Xero® conversion services) can convert your MYOB® company file into a Xero® file, however they have a conversion file size limit of 800 MB.

What we offer - MYOX files
When it comes to large MYOX company files, there are 3 options we can provide to get your company file size below the 800 MB limit.

• Option A - A quick process that removes blank spaces from within the file, no data is deleted - cost $132 and works in 85% of cases


• Option B - Option A plus an additional process, no data is deleted - cost $198


• Option C - If neither Option A or Option B succeed, Option C involves removing data from the file. We will examine the file and advise on a case by case basis. Removing 'incidental data' such as Contact and Audit logs would be considered first, following by PY transactional data if required.

What we offer - MYO files
When it comes to large MYO company files, the options are limited to removing data from your company file. We will examine the file and advise on a case by case basis. Removing 'incidental data' such as Contact and Audit logs would be considered first, following by PY transactional data if required.


In most cases your file will be returned to you the same day, provided payment has been made.

What you will need to do
Upload a backup of your file at the upload address available below and then send us an email with the Administrator password, return email address, as well as a brief explanation of what you want done to the file.
