File Uploads to FGH Tables

If you need some work done on your MYOB® file, or a quote, you need to get the file to us - see data confidentiality.

There are numerous ways to do that - work out which way is best for you, this may depend on your internet speed and reliability. Below you will find our FGH File Uploader. This works for files up to 500 MB.

For files over 500 MB or if you have difficulties using our Uploader, you could instead use DropBox (your own account, a free account, or our FGH DropBox account) or OneDrive etc and email us a link, or use services such as Hightail, TransferNow etc.

Make a backup
If uploading a company file, make a backup or compress it first - use Winzip or Winrar if unable to make a backup. A zipped file will upload much faster. If you use a password to encrypt the backup, email or text the password separately.

Note 1: When backing up, use the 'Back up all data' and 'Do not check Company File for errors' options.

Note 2: If you have any 3rd party apps pushing data to your MYOB file (eg from online sales) consider disabling, pausing, suspending before you take the backup. If sending your file for repair or purging, any data pushed to your file after the backup is taken might be lost when file is restored.

File Names - if today is 1 Aug, Premier® for example, normally creates a backup called PRM0801.zip Please add all or part of your company name, for example PRM0801_CoyName.zip, this helps us identify uploads where several uploads are made on the same day.
