When a company file gets too big (around 1.5Gb), you may not be able to complete the 'Start a New Financial Year' process. The most common sign is MYOB® terminates before the process is completed - and your file cannot be opened or repaired - very important to do that pre-rollover backup!!!

In most cases we can find a way to get the rollover completed. The process involves purging all closed prior year transactions. There are also a number of other things we can do if required to sufficiently reduce the file size.

So if your file is ready to be rolled over, but you are unable to complete this task yourself, we can get it done (in most cases). Unfortunately with very large company files, this process is complex takes approx 10 hours. Cost varies between $595 to $770.
