The FGH Cards Remover can help. This program will analyse your company file and display a Table of all the Cards. It will show how many times each Card is referenced in recorded transactions. It will also show you when the Card was last used for a Sale or a Purchase transaction, and the Balance on the Card. For Employees this will show Date of Birth and Termination Date instead.

The Table can be sorted on any column. You can filter the Table based on Name or Card ID, as well as copy the Table into a spreadsheet to analyse further.

You can download our Cards Remover from our downloads page. Install it on your computer and run it. The application will step you through the process of selecting your company file, displaying the Table of Cards, and Deleting those you no longer need. Watch video

Delete
From the displayed Table, you can select all the Cards you want to delete, and providing there is no Balance on any selected Card, all the Cards will be deleted in an instance - no more deleting one by one using MYOB®. And no more MYOB® stopping you with messages like 'A Card with journal entries may not be deleted'. You should however ensure you are no longer using any Cards selected for deletion.

Process
After selecting the Cards you want to delete, you will be presented with a Confirmation screen which summarises what you have chosen to do. You will then need to enter a code which you can purchase below. The code is a one time purchase code, and can be used with any company file which has the same serial number.

Trial
The program is fully functional on a Clearwater sample file. If you would like to 'try' it on 'real' data, you will need to zip and upload/email a copy of your file. We will make the file time limited and return it with a code. You can then try out Cards Remover with a copy of your real data for 30 days.

Suggested Approach
If you have many Cards to remove, see this link for a suggested approach. This shows one way of automating much of the selection process. By preparing your .myo file, you can considerably speed up the Cards Remover process.
