Enterprise® and AccountEdge® (multi - location Versions)

Only certain MYOB® products support multi - locations. However once this feature has been used in an Item transaction, this company file can no longer be opened in a product that does not support multi - locations. This means if you change products, or want to upgrade to Plus AR2024, you cannot use this file. Until now, the only option you had was to create a new file.

Simply moving all the stock to one location won't work as you need to be able to delete the 2nd location. MYOB® won't let you delete the 2nd location if any transaction in the file refers to it.

What we offer

An efficient and cost effective way to continue to use your file in a different product. In most cases your file will be returned to you the same day.

We have software the runs through every transaction in your file and changes all the stock locations to the default location. Your file can then be opened in other MYOB® products (such as Premier® or Plus®). This also allows you to upgrade the file for use with Plus AR2024.

Or if you prefer, we can do the upgrade for you. After converting your file to single location, if your file meets the other requirements (no multi-currency, no negative inventory, no Verification Errors or file corruptions etc), and you have done your research about all the issues, we can upgrade your file to AR2024. Our charge for this upgrade is $55 provided the request to upgrade is made at the time of conversion. Upgrades requests made after the converted file has been returned will be charged at the normal upgrade fee of $88.00 - see Upgrading to AR2024
