Have you encountered this message when editing an Order or Invoice or Bill after to upgrade to AR2024?

While v19 allows you to insert a blank line in an invoice order or quote, on migration these are treated as empty transaction lines. So when you try to edit the transaction in AR2024, you will see this message for all blank lines.

The work around is to delete each blank line and then right click in the Item Number field and use Insert Blank Line.

If however you have hundreds or thousands of transactions affected, we can change these through the back end in bulk. This will allow you to edit the transaction without encountering this error message.
